Welcome

Chichester High Schools Sixth Form is not only a large and vibrant community but also consistently successful academically.  We expect all those who choose to enter the sixth form, whether from Chichester High School for Girls, Chichester High School for Boys or elsewhere, to have a strong commitment to the school and to the wider community of which the school is part.

The sixth form is committed to helping all its students to maximise their potential and achieve academic excellence.  At the same time, we also provide many opportunities for personal development and leadership in academic, sporting, artistic and social contexts, and we look to our sixth form to play a major part in the school’s continuing achievements.

The aim of Chichester High Schools Sixth Form is to provide a high quality post-16 education which will enable students to reach the best possible standards of achievement in both academic and personal development.  High expectations, strong teaching and excellent relationships are key features of the sixth form.  All sixth formers are expected to take charge of their own learning so that, through both individual effort and teamwork, they attain the highest possible academic success and develop an approach to life that will be of permanent benefit to them.
