Below is a list of some of the many opportunities offered by Chichester High Schools Sixth Form.
• The Sixth Form Council arranges regular parties and other social and fund-raising events.
• The Sixth Form through fund-raising events raises thousands of pounds for good causes.
• The Sixth Form Ball is held anually at Goodwood Race Course.
• The 'Leavers Tea Party' is an annual highlight in June.
• Students can take part in Young Enterprise and the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme. Many of our students have achieved their Gold Awards
• Sixth Formers can take a leading part in drama productions, orchestras, choirs and sports.
• Many Sixth Formers help the community through Outset Youth Action placements and give a lead to younger students
• Recreational games, eg. Badminton, are played in the Sports Hall, and students can achieve the Community Sports Leadership Award. All students are expected to take part in enrichment activities on a regular basis
• There are plenty of opportunities to enhance the curriculum, for example, last year Sixth Formers visited:
- New York (Leisure and Recreation)
- Prague (Business Studies)
- Lanzarote (Geography)
- Italy (Art)
- Cornwall (Chemistry)
- Paris (French)
- Austrailia (Rugby)
- Rome (History/Archaeology)
• In addition a wide range of extra curricular trips are organised, eg. Theatre productions, Wimbledon tennis, Media Studies workshops in London
