Course content

Course content
This excellent course gives you the unique opportunity to work as an archaeologist in unravelling the mysteries of the past. You will discover how archaeologists find, excavate and interpret ancient and prehistoric sites. You will learn how to use a wide range of evidence to draw conclusions about the lives of people in the distant past.

There will be field trips, visiting speakers and practical sessions as well as the chance to develop and pursue your own personal archaeologica project. Archaeology is an excellent subject to link with a wide range of arts and science subjects.
